Return Process

- Include the RA number on your return package
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided with your RA number
- Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items

Custom Orders
Custom-made frames and personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or do not match the specifications you provided. Please review your order carefully before confirming custom orders.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Sale items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same return conditions as regular items.
